Add each person or company once and tick every role that applies. We sort them into directors, signatories, shareholders and beneficial owners.
Anti-money-laundering rules require us to know the directors, anyone who can sign for the company, shareholders above 10% and the ultimate beneficial owners above 25%.
One main contact is enough. Add others only if a different person handles that area. Everyone listed here can use their email to request quotes once you are verified.

We size credit and payment terms on your recent results, and check that payments will come from an account in your company's name.
